i would make the forums a fixed style since your main page is also fixed. better flow.

I like your navbar but not so keen on the actual logo. you could compare it to having a brand spanking set of alloy wheels (navbar) and fixing them onto a clapped out banger (logo). I would think something like charactuers would fit nicely as a logo something that has a sketchy feel to it.
As for the style, way too much pink. There's no rule that states that you need to plaster pink throughout the theme. Implement a little yellow into the whole theme. Possibly your forum status icons? And maybe set the tcat links to a soft warm yellow colour.
if your going with a primary colour, never over use it. Opt for a 3 colour system and you won't/will never go wrong.
The navigation menus on the right could do with being spiced up. Possibly re-colour the stars within the menu to a soft rich yellow? Also, the members area menu image looks shifted to the left and isn't aligned to the center like the other two menus. This should be rectfied purely for consistencies sake.
looking in the thread display. Way to much pink. pink links, pink threadmarkers, pink buttons? You seriously have to implement another colour and break the pink.
Postbit looks the same as the rest of the areas. Far to much pink. I noticed this is a pre-made style so it might be a good idea to ask the author to make some changes if he's willing or opt for another style (which i'm sure you will find in the styles database).
Before i forget. Might be usefull to ask the author for the psd for the navbar graphics so you can either apply rollover effects via photoshop or make the change using css.
