How do I transfer a skin to another VB forum?

Here is my deal. I had a person put together a skin for me, but I updated it after I put it on my forum.

Now I would like to take this same skin with my updates from my old VB forum and transfer it to my new forum. I know how to go to my style folder and download all the files for this skin and then upload it all to my new VB forum.

But when I did this, my updates where not there. It was the skin with out my updates. I think it has something to do with the XML file. If so, where do I get my updated xml file in VB with my updates I added to this skin?

I hope you guys are understanding what I am asking here.

Export the modified style in your Style Manager in Admincp and re-upload it in the other forum

I see nothing where it says "Export" in my style Manager. I do see the word download. But all it seems to let me download is this file "vbulletin-style.xml" by click this saying "Get customizations made only in this style".

Below all this on that page is all about importing a skin.

Go to Styles & Templates > Download/Upload Styles and Export (Download) the style from there. Then you would use the same area (Download/Upload Styles) to Import (Upload) the style on the other site.
