Posting a thread problem on my board

When my members go to post a new thread... They don't get an advanced thread posting toolbar (i.e. change font color, size, smilies, insert images, etc.). I turned that on in my ACP but still not working. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Even though you have turned it on, they need to select it in their User CP in order to have it show up as their default editor. You can make it the default editor for new registered users in vboptions > User Registration Options > Message Editor Interface, but if they are already registered, they need to go to their User CP > Edit Options > Message Editor Interface to change the default.
