How to make colored sparleing usergroup names

Can any one here tell me how to get a user groups name to sparkle?heres a link to an example.

The css is right in the page source:

Although, I'd host the image on your own site, not some other site.

(Also, view it in different browsers. It does not look nice on ff3 on a mac).
