Warning Notification when the post has censored words!

Hello!
I want to do this: when a user is writing a message and one or more words of it are censored by the system, if the member click "Submit Reply", the message will not send and a warning notification will appear (eg "There are one or more bad word on your message!")

(as the message with minimum characters)

Any idea pls? :(
