Help with BD and Mas move

Hi friends I have a problem and that is one of my moderators in the forum made a mistake and I think a mass move there and moved 55k threat to one area and can bring back those thread, or there will be some way to make a backup of day before that happened. thank you the help you can give me

if you have made a backup of your forum - you can restore it, but you will lose any threads created after that backup. If you don't have a backup - no, there is no way to restore threads to their original categories.
