Capital letters

Why when i write with capital letter a word after submition the word is with small letter ?

Please any on how can i change the setting to write the first with with capital

There is a setting with prevents shouting (i.e. all capitals), the setting is found in the Admin CP (under vBulletin Settings). To find the specific option, you can select "Show All Settings", then utilise your browser's find feature.
