user.php permission error

This just started. I changed nothing on the forum or server that I know of.

When I edit a user in the admincp I get this error when I attempt to save the edit:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/miadmincp/user.php on this server.

It lets me access user.php to find, but not edit the user.

When I look up the user in the modcp then it works fine. Although the modcp does not have the additional usergroups section so I can upgrade any users at the moment.

Any help here?

Admin CP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions, then run Problematic Modules

Additionally, some servers are mis-configured, which may cause this error.

This may be due to mod_security.
