Changing NavBar color...

Ok, unbelievably stupid question I know, but I can't figure this out for the life of me. The little bar at the top of the forum that has links like UserCP, Member List, Quick Links, etc...how do I change the background color from default to match the rest of my forum? I can't seem to find it in the Style Manager.
