Email Password Recovery Not Working

Hello it appears all my members are unable to recover there passwords via email.

any suggestions as to what's wrong?

I can email users manually from the Admin panel fine.

Have you tried it yourself with a test account? and/or have you done it manually sending them passwords to see if it works?

And what is going wrong. "It does not work" doesn't give enough information to troubleshoot.
