I think you need another license.

test boards are mean't to be private. Meaning only you and staff can use it. I don't think members/public are allowed to view it.

So you'd probably need another license, or need to use it on your current forum.

As stated, you may use your current license to install a test board, but it can't be publically accessible. It is for *you* to test things out. If you want the public to see it, you must purchase another license.
