Editing sizes of post topics and usernames with CSS

Hi!

How do I edit the size of text of a thread topic (whereabouts in edit template CSS???). For example, I want to make the 'latest post' seen on the forum homepage smaller, and maybe add some color to be seen for each new thread posted

e.g

This is a new thread
Latest post by: me

to

This is a new thread
Latest post by: me

I would also like to make the member username display a little bit smaller. How can I do this?

You need to give people time to answer. Not everyone is up at the same time as you are. :)
