Remove Standard Instant Messaging Fields

I have make this Mini Mod, because Jelsoft have not a Function implemented to remove the Instant Messaging Fields, only disable Instant Messaging icons.

Useful if you don't like the "Standard"-IM Fields or you a company, that don't need the IM Fields.

If you have Template Modification System (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=152931) installed, the Template Modifications will automatically applied, otherwise read templateedits-remove_im_fields.txt for manual Template Edits.

This Mod have:

1 Required Template Edits
5 Optional Template Edits
1 Plugin

It Truncate the tables icq, aim, msn, yahoo and skype and change the lenght in table icq, aim, msn, yahoo and skype to 0. If you uninstalling this product, the length will be restored.

I like the idea of this mod because I already removed the messenger fields from templates manually in our community.
This mod could remove all standard fields from vb (in example "homepage") too, except the username, birthday, email and password fields.

So, I have upload a corrected Template Edit Instructions, because the Template Modification System generated a german Template Edit Instruction.

Now only one manually Template Edit, is required, if you dont have TMS. The other 5 is optional.
