SF IE Different Borders

Why is this happening?

Please see attachments, notice bottom of border of the quote boxes:

Look in the vB bbcode_quote template for the following:

<td class="alt2" style="border:1px inset">

And use something like the following instead:

<td class="alt2" style="border:1px solid">

The inset bit adds a 3-D border effect.
