Deleted forum/includes/xml contents

Hi, this is my first post on here although i've been lurking for a while ;-)

I have just been adding the ad management files and have somehow deleted the contents of the includes/xml folder??? I don't know how/why it happened other than i'm a complete idiot :o

Can anyone help me please, I just don't know what to do. It doesn't seem to have affected the main forum, but the right hand nav bar in the admin cp has gone???

Upload the xml folder contents again via ftp.

Don't know why I got myself into such a flap!!! Thanks for the advice.
