Text in NavBar not black?

I can't tell you how many times I went over all the font colors. I can't find it, is there anywhere else I can check. I checked in Admin CP > Style Manager > All Style Options.

try changing your Styles & Templates>>>Style Manager>>>All Style Options and scroll down to "Popup Menu Controls" all fonts to the color your want.
Standard CSS Attributes: font
Normal Links CSS: font
Visited Links CSS: font
Hover Links CSS: font

dont just change :Standard CSS Attributes: you must also change the font colors as stated above.
