I am sure that you can add a image next to the forum name on the index page
but I cant find where you can do it.

I am sure that I have seen an option in the cp forum manager where you can add a url to the image.

Can I do this?

If you are talking about a logo or any other image go look it up in FTP, If it's the logo then you should go to: forum path>images>misc

Well then find out which templade it is and put a HTML image code there.
