Image Verification problem

i have a problem with Image Verification

sometimes the image doesn't contain any characters
but only squares !!

i tried to refresh it
every 6 times as average its appear

Go to vboptions > image settings > image verification library > do you see an image for both Imagemagick and GD? Do they both look OK there?

i installed Imagemagick on server
and test it

the same problem happen

my forum is UTF8 charset

What version of vb are you running? I'm running 3.6.8 and my Image Settings screen looks quite different.

...and that's certainly the wrong path to IM.

Anyway, forget it - image verification was cracked over a year ago. You need good questions.

Most likely a font is missing, try switching to ImageMagick (after you correct the path).

PS "image verfication" has not been cracked. The most simple forms can be cracked, but with more advanced options like used in vB it is not cracked at all.
