upgrade to 3.7 ?

i want to upgrade to 3.7 but i want steps (easy) to upgrade like photos or videos.....

Upload all files over writting old ones.
Run yourforum.com/install/upgrade.php
Press next until your finger falls off.
Delete install.php

dude u dun need a new database

just uplaod everything to the forum root file folder

and just run the installation enter your customer number and it will drag u to the installation

like this

http://www.example.com/forum/install/install.php

After that

delete the install.php or rename the file

NO! You don't want to run the installation again, you want to run the upgrade script (/install/upgrade.php).

You do not need a new database. However, one step that was left out which I think is important is to Back Up Your Database Before you do the upgrade!!!!

You do not need to delete nor disable any modifications.

And yes, you will need to turn off your forum.

I'm just curious, you said: don't say read the manual. But did you actually check it out? It's actually dumbed down quite a bit in the manual, as it goes to far as to tell you just how to unzip a file and what an FTP program is and whatnot.
