Attachment Statistics Phrase

Hi, I have a custom template and I'm trying to put the phrase in "You are currently using {1} GB to store {2} uploaded attachments."

But when I put the phrase in it doesn't show up, what am I doing wrong?

What is the "phrasegroup"? Have you tried setting it to "GLOBAL"?
