Similar Thread Mod?

I'm looking for something exactly like how at the bottom of a mod's page there's a box with "Simular Mods", but I'm looking for similar threads. Does anyone know if this has been created already?

It's already part of vBulletin.

You have to enable it in the AdminCP.

AdminCP>vBulletin Options>All Options>Thread Display Options (showthread)
