How can I allow admins to post html?

I feel like i've seen the option before, but I can't find it. I would like to make it to admins are able to post html in their posts.

You need to allow html in the forums as well as the admin group, edit the forums u want it on in and the admin group itself.

Not suggestable either, even if it is an Admin.
