RSS Feed Manager/ Poster Flood

Hello,

I use vB. 3.7.2. and on my forum I use to import 2 rss feeds into 2 forums.

The problem is that i constantly get a flood. I changed the feeds and settings, but i still got the same problem. please help.

Check these settings for each feed:
- Check Feed Every... (I think default is 30 minutes)
- Maximum Items to Fetch (set to a reasonable number like 5 and see if that helps) Any items above this number found in the feed will be ignored.

I tried
- check feed every 4, 6, 8 hours (it didn't help.
- maxium items to fetch (currenty 1),

but this also won't fix my problem. Any other suggestions would be welcome.

With it set to check the feed every 4 hours and only fetch 1 item, what is happening? You are getting a ton of items? When you go to edit the feed and hit Preview Feed, how many items are listed there?

Strange, i didn't change anything and now i won't get a flood (with preview feed).
