Lol. Ok I'm done now :p

I think quickest way to resolve this is to open a support ticket in the vBulletin.com members area, give them your board details. With vBulletin.com support tickets your details and site will be safe.

I strongly recommend you do not give your details to some random forum member, I'm sure there a good people out there but it is better to be safe then sorry. Try going to a friend or neighbour's house and ask to borrow their computer for two seconds, if it was just IP ban then you should still be able to login to the AdminCP from their PC. (Or if you have a dynamic IP you could try restarting your router/modem - I think).

Just access your Admin CP with a proxy - you can use an online one, just search "PHProxy" or "CGIProxy" on Google.

Yea, I smell a fish... Wasn't there a member here that was having issues with someone accessing their AdminCP a week ago and there was talk about how to better block their IPs?

This is a bad idea for you and a bad idea for us too!

Hell, sign up for AOL and every time you log in you have a new IP address unless you used one of my hacks that locks out all of AOLs various IPs :D

Its in the "setting" table, just click that table on the left or do a search on the main db and search for the word "banning".

Well, if you didnt have that table & row, then your IP wouldnt be banned.

Its there, just keep looking, you will have to check all the pages for that table.

Extract tools.php from the "do_not_upload" folder of the ZIP archive you download from vBulletin.com

Upload tools.php to your /admincp/ directory, type the location into your browser. Follow onscreen instructions, once you have entered customer number e.t.c. look for the option "[Options Cache]" click it and then try accessing your site again.

You may or may not be able to access it, I'm not 100% if tools.php checks for IP Bans before starting up.
