All custom plug-ins did not work!

I have a big problem. All of my custom plug-ins I have downloaded here, did not work I admincp

When I try to open the plug-ins in the left panel there is nothing showing op.

But if I go to -> vBulletin Options -> vBExperience I works fine.

This plug-in is just a ensample! This happen on all my plug-in!

The plug-in manager works fine.

But if I try to go to left menu, and select "vBExperience" from the menu, it will not show.

But if I go to -> vBulletin Options -> vBExperience I works fine.

I don't think this is the plugin that make thes errors. I have a other site, and all my plugin is working fine there.

This forum is on a other server, so can it be the server config or wrong sittings?
