How to add avatar for members who do not have an avatar?
end how to add gallery avatar in user cp?

You add a gallery by going to Admin CP > Avatars > Avatar Manager > Add New Category and then also to Admin CP > Avatars > Add New Avatars to add them to the Gallery.

You can change the maximum allowable size in the Admin CP, under each usergroup's permissions.
