Fusion issue

Hello.
I have one problem regarding the fusion among 2 forums with different databases.
Me and the other admin, decided to united the forums in a single one and I have an idea on how to do this, but it's better to ask your support.
Both forums are using vbulletin.
What are the steps to realize such an action ?
