Is there a plugin which improves the Search Function?

What is your mod and how does it make it better, I am using full text search and my users are complaining too... I wish there was a search like google that got smarter the more its used....

There's a mod here that will integrate Google site search. Very useful for searching on those 2 and 3 letter words.
