IP Ban error

Someone when they go onto my site they get an error saying they are banned, this person used to be an old member but wanted their account deleting and was never banned, ive deleted all the ip bans that were in our banning system and it still gives them the same error saying they are banned, anyone know if its a problem or anything?

First, they should clear their browser cache. Second, search your admincp and see if their username is still listed in the Users and what usergroup they are a member of.
