Hi guys
a few days ago we have changed our server
and now some of our member or moderator can't upload any file and it will be an error ( upload failed )
can anyone help me ?

AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Upload
Test to see if you can upload the file there. Copy & paste the results here if you get an error.

Are the files that they are trying to upload larger than your 2 MB limit? Are there any errors in your error_log when they upload?

no some of our moderators upload less than 2 kB but still have error please help us

move the attachments from database into the file system then try again.

Where are attachments being stored this is due to restrictions being put in openbase_dir.
