Chat box error

I used to have "vBShout" but now i installed cyb ChatBox, & it doesn't work, it keeps trying to load, & i get this messege if i try to chat..
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.
I'm kinda new at this..
Any suggestions..?
