help, options not showing when posting

i dont see any options at my forum when making new thread or posting

the things you have up to this text: B,I,U,quote,code etc.. i have none of them at my forum

Check in User CP >> Edit Options

Make sure near the bottom (message interfact) is set to:

"Enhanced WYSIWYG Editor"

how do i make this default for all users?
