moving threads issue

just found this issue I am having with moving / deleting / etc threads:

*Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ini_size_to_bytes() in /home/breeding/public_html/inlinemod.php on line 70*

any ideas? is this a plugin cause this error?

Try re-uploading a new copy of the default vBulletin files.
