Is there a way to automatically insert specific tags in each and every thread?

Thanks! That's a good one, and I plan to use it. But is there a way to have the same tags show up for each and every thread? For example, if my forum were about "poodles," and I wanted "small dogs, poodles, miniature poodles" to be used as tags for every thread, is there a way to do that?
