ibpro arcade and vbookie

im looking to maybe hire work to install my vb and install ibpro arcade and maybe vbookie depending on how nice it is. Im pretty new to VB and dont know much about coding at all.

I would like the arcade to have a points system so my members must pay to play the games and tournaments. Also hoping that the points system will allow me to manually credit and debit points from members in the admin.

I also seen the ibpro arcade had a casino, im interested in having this installed as well.

If anyone can lead me through the process and how much im looking at spending to get my site up, it would be much appreciated, thanks
