Having problem in avatar in 3.7.2

hello,

i have problem in avatar when ever there is gif animated avatar upload via pc it does not show as animated .it does upload animated avatar for .jpg but not for.gif for example

this is animated avatar but when i put it in edit avatar it wouldnt show as animated it will show just static .
can any one help me with it

What do you have set in Usergroup Manager > go to edit the usergroup > Can Upload Animated Avatars?

yes its already on. if i tried to load gif animated on imageshack.us and put it in the edit avatar still its not showing as animated.

How about an example link and I'll try it on one of my forums.

edit: Just a sec, I'll try the one in the first post.

edit again: The one in the first post is huge. I'll bet it is getting resized for your site if you have the requirement that they be smaller and therefore it's getting turned into a jpeg. If you want animated gifs for avatars, they need to be the correct size prior to uploading onto the site or else they get resized and non-animated in the process.

oh okay thanks i also read on another forum that using ImageMagick 6 can work on animated gif resizer any idea ?

now i increase the size of profile uploading pictures and also dimension sizes . problem is now jpeg is not shows as animated and gif is showing as animated

when i upload it in profile picture its shows there as animated but in postbit its does not shows as animated
can any one help me please ?

You can't save an animated image as a jpg as far as I'm aware. All animated images have to be gifs.
