Really need some answers

First want to say Hello to everyone. I own a money making forum and have been using IPB for about 2 years now. I just paid someone to convert it over to VB. Problems is from what I can see up to now is that the image verification letters and numbers in the forgot password field isnt showing. Furthermore I lost around 5000 posts when the transfer went through. If anyone knows the general problems for these it would be great if you posted here the steps needed to fix them.

Because of the transfer I cant login without doing the forgot password to make a new password.

Passwords are not copied during the transfer, everyone will need to reset their password or create a new one.

You shouldn't really have lost any posts but this is to do with the person you hired not a problem with vBulletin.
