I'm looking for this in 3.7.x

Apparently it no longer works on 3.7, and I haven't been able to find one for it. I basically want to color all usernames to their defined settings on FORUMHOME - Last Post.

If someone had found it they probably would have posted it in that thread, I haven't seen a modification that does it. I looked into it once but it is more tricky then it first appears, hence why no one else has released a modification.
