disable link back email notifications?

Is there any way to disable linkback notifications?

I have our linkbacks moderated....don't check them every day, and when I do, we have a few hundred of them.

Our users get an email dump with link back notifications.

Any way to disable this?

click vBSEO
click Control Panel
then chose no on "Email Notifications on Incoming LinkBacks"
