Help logo gone after upgrade

Hello,
I recently upgraded my boards to VB 3.7.3 and after reverting my header template my custom logo disappeared and has been replaced with the generic vbulletin3_logo_white.gif which came in the upgrade's Misc images folder.
How do I redirect it to the proper location where my custom logo is ?

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > StyleVars

tip.. on upgrading, never upload the images folder..

Opserty thank you that helps a ton! I have another question though....
There are two separate images that made up the logo...the beforelogo.jpg and the logo.jpg
Is this something I will just have to edit into one image?

I'm not sure, its however you had it before or something. I can't really help with the actual customisation I can only point you to the place where you can do it. :)
