Getting first post to be displayed on every page...

Well it's pretty much said in the title. How do I get the first post of a thread displayed on every page of that thread. (Seperated from everyone elses' posts)

If anyone can tell me that'd be great.

I believe a modification called "Chief First Post" does this.
