mods can add

I am looking for something where you can make it so a mod can add and remove forums only in the forum they are moding. I have a mod who needs to do this in a forum she mods but I dont want her do be able to do it anywhere else and I dont want all mods able to do it.
Is it possible?

Maybe there is already a modification here that does this and I just missed it. Any help would b appreciated

You would need to make her an admin with limited permissions.

We have a journal board. Using sub forums for each users journal. When someone wants a journal added for them the mod of that board has to PM me to have it aded. And I have been a little busy so it would be nice if I could have her do it instead of me.

I just dont want to give admin privalages. Well I guess because i am a worry wort.
