Hot Spots / Your Spots - anything similar to vbulletin??

I'm wondering that an application or addon is not available yet for vbulletin.
it takes care about the hot spots / user spot of the board users. :confused:

e.g. http://www.yournav.com/content/spots/yourspots.html

could anyone tell me if there is something available?
