Locked To Guests?

how can i set it so when a guest comes to my site it shows the forums "locked" i know iv done this before, but just cant figure it out again lol.. thanks =)

The Locked tag means they can't post. So, make it so Guests can't post in the forum.

Can View Forum - yes
Can View Thread Content - yes
Can View Others' Threads - yes

Hmmm, weird. On my forum, I don't allow guests to post, so all the forums have the lock on them if I log out. I also have a couple forums that anyone may view, but only some users may post in, and those forums look 'locked' to all users who don't have permission to post in them. You do have it turned on to show the Lock, right (vboptions > forum listings display options)?

woot thx thats what i needed lol i disabled it a while back and forgot how to enable it xD thanks much i disabled it in the forum listing display options =)
