Poll display

Hello every one im just wounder if some one can please tell me how can i make my polls to be display on "Forum Home" so my member can see them on the home page of my forums.

Example like here on vb.org (http://www.vbulletin.org)

yes but i cant get it working. i mean it show on the forum hom under navbar but when i try on the side column it wont work.
