I have vbulletin forum www.vojvodjanka.com/forum and I and three more admins were try to put vbdupal portal and when we were finished uploading the files our forum wanished from the url we dont know huw to bring it back it is seams to be deleted

Try disabling your plugins through the config file and see if that helps.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
