[Need Help]Spacing/Moving questions

My board is coming along slowly but surely.

I have a few more questions.

1. How do I close the gap from my navbar box to the top banner?

2. How do I move the forum tree to directly above the post reply button?

1)__ check the top of navbar template and remove the <br />

2)__ copy the 'forum tree' table content from within the navbar template (it's located within the main navbar table) ... paste the table below the main navbar table
