Registration button gone..help!

I have had a couple of people try to register today on my site and when they go to click the button it doesn't come up..just a blank screen. I added to my nav bar, I went back and checked it and it looks ok. I went and looked through and checked my root directory and it's is there so I am confused as to what to look at next or even do.

Any and all help would be and is appreciated.

I had the button in the nav bar and I had new members join. BUT I added a "Book Mark Us" and now it won't come up nor let anyone register.

It appears that there is an unnecessary line in the Page <script type="text/javascript"> It is open but not closed. So everything below that is counted as JS but they are not. So the page stops loading after that. It's in the header template I believe <!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: ad_header_end -->

<script type="text/javascript">
<!-- END TEMPLATE: header -->
Try to remove that line if that got no function. But be sure what you are doing. I guess it will work.
