Where are IP Bans stored in the database?

I'm trying to figure out where IPBans/Bans in general are stored in the database...any help you could provide me with would be great.

You shouldn't edit the database directly. You can edit IP bans through vBulletin Options so I'd guess they were stored in the settings table.
