Can I Report A Forum?

Today my forum got hacked by staff of another vBulletin forum that plan to 'hack' other boards.
The site I got 'hacked' by was: http://xtrenda.com/

Can I report forums for this issues or can I only use the Report system for nulled copies?

if they hacked something else than the vBulletin license, i don't see why you would have to report it to the software provider... it's a security question related to your hosting and services, not the software itself...

though do you have proofs that xtrenda.com hacked your site?!... a login form coming from that site looks more like a bad ftp access to a specific file, not a hacking technique...
